Rice Flour

Hi People,

I hope this doesnt sound too stupider a question, but will the process work if you don't completely mix up the rice to make it a flour type substance. Unfortunately my aging blender couldnt break the rice up too well!

Any advice, please :)

That will work just fine. It doesn't need to be all that fine.

I personally like mine chunky. I think it colonizes faster.

The spaces imbetween the kernels of rice allow for "penetrating colonization" and space for CO2 to escape from the mycelium and other gases moving around.
