odd i find that with raw leaves or extract that i get just as high i just need more leaves than the extract. I got high the frist time i tried it it was like being high on crack and peaking on mushrooms at the same time. i always thought as salvia as "hippie crack" a quick high that seperates the soul from the consius leaving your souless mide to relearn how to work your body while the good spirits around trying and save your soul from leaving you for good

I always just hydrated dry leaves in my mouth.

Id usually just stick about 4+ leaves in my mouth and chew the hell out of them, making sure not to produce too much saliva, but just enough.

After 15 minutes im peaking and usually spit it out around that time.
Works great.

Swallowing it does prolong the effects.

I guess there are just different ways to do it.
For me the brunt of the trip comes from the sublingual part, so most often I dont swallow much spit.

There are also ways to mix smoked salvia with sublingual use(my favorite way to use plain leaf).
That makes the trip more intense and makes it last longer in a way.

For me, when used sublingually it usually comes on in about two minutes, and peaks around the 15-20 minute mark, provided that I had it in my mouth for 15-20 min, or even more.

This post has inspired me to purchase 100g's of premium Salvia leaf.

I've had quite a lot of experience with the extracts, but i am certain that i wil enjoy the leaf a lot more.

Is it possible to obtain intense high level effects from a quid? Becuase i would be very interested in prolonging the experience.

I'm glad! I have used a quid a couple of times, but I never got very large effects. However, I think a quid is an EXCELLENT method for working into the reverse-tolerance. I feel a good quid on the evening before you plan on smoking is a great way to intensify the next-days smoking session.

A quid gives a milder, longer-lasting effect. :smile:

If you quid, wait until you get the effect, and then perhaps try smoking.

That's some great info, THANKS! I an going to have a meeting with lady salvia tonight. Since i have tons of salvia on hand. Raw leaf, all the extracts, tinctures. I started my journey in 2007 and lady salvia has taught me a lot of things.

I've some experience with smoking it, but never made a quid out of it. My idea was to go out in nature.
A level 4 trip would be just fine for me. How many leaves(if possible in grams?) should I take?
