Grain jars 100% colonized?? (NEW: UPDATE w/ NEW PICS)

Hey, I've got WBS jars that I'm doing for the first time and I'm pretty sure they're almost.. or 100% done. But I can't find suitable pictures to compare with!! Can someone give me a link or post a shot of a clear pic that depicts this??
My jars are white all over on the inside but I can still see tiny bits of WBS in between. Normal??

Not quite 100% yet, I'd say 2-3 days and you're good to go... GL bro

I wait until the whole jar is snow white, then give them 3 or 4 more days to insure they are 100% colonized.

Mine look identicle to this.... but I used regular quart jars instead of wide mouth jars... i plan on doing a G2G transfer... any suggestions on how to get the cake out of the jar if its as solid as it looks?

RR recommends using an inflated bike tire on the rim as a striking surface.
I just strike sharply against my palm, but that gets old pretty quick.
Unless you have bacteria it usually breaks up rather easily.
