...does it feel like "grinning" is a major theme of tripping? first of all, when my friend and I trip on both acid and shrooms, whether we are having a good trip or not, we are always grinning, with a very sinister kind of grin. not only that, but when i trip acid, most of my visuals incorporate red/green/blue eyes which seem quite evil, and then a very very fiendish grin to accompany the eyes!! its like all the faces are quietly saying "we know something you don't and you are all alone. we are so much more powerful than you," etc etc. this happens EVERY TIME. it doesn't always scare me but i've noticed grinning seems to play such a major role in my tripping. its weird how it makes the user grin WHILE seeing grinning things on his trip ...
anybody else feel the same way? or am i just insane?
It must be hard to trip if you anthropomorphize your shrooms.

your insane....not really, i get it too....on every drug, especially when in public...ill be with my friends, just fine, then right when i walk into public i get the biggest grin on my face....its the greatest.....its allmost imbarrasing, just sitting there grinning away, while everyone laughs and stares

Grinning for me always leads to laughing, which then leads to tears streaming down my face. Everyone else thinks I just heard this amazing joke and they want me to share it with them...then I tell them I was just laughing at what my favorite chair told me...people seem to leave at that point ;)
Anyone else have lots of streaming eyes when they trip?

I have been in some wierd public places and it is because of this I grin like a mad man. Its unstoppable (not really) I accept this so I let it happen, but when people look at me I only grin more. It's sort of a hysterical grin stretching my lips as far as can be cheek to cheek. Definetly an interesting feeling.

I have found myself grinning in public for no reason at all lately, while sober. I believe I'm subconsciously training myself not to be bothered by all the looks I get in case I need to be in public while tripping. I hope that measn my subconscious know something I don't, and I hope that something incorporates a lot of acid
