Seeking help new grower

I have ordered 1 B+ syrige from the hawkseye and it should be getting here today. This will be my first grow and ive read up on it quite a bit but im planning on purchasing the mason jars and other materials today.

Is there any suggested mason size i should buy? and also how many jars would one syrige inoculate.

Also it would be quite helpfull if someone could post some links to rice cake procedures that are relativley easy and have worked for you.

If you are using PF Tek 1/2 pint jars are optimal.

1cc-2cc per half pint jar is all you need, so one 10 cc syringes can be used to inoculate as many as 10 jars.

Yes, you need to make sure that you mason jars are Tapered, wide mouth. I disagree with KronnyQ, 1cc is fine per have pint. You can do .5cc and get away with it.

For mason jar size, I'd do 1/2 pints. They colonize faster.

I read kronnyQ's method. it said to mix the verm and the rice flour together with water. Is that just a 50/50 mix with 1 cup water? What im asking is what amount of water,rice flour, and verm should be mixed per jar?

Its in the TEK, but the ratio is 1/2 cup vermiculite, 1/4 cup brown rice flour and 1/4 cup water per 1/2 pint jar. 1 CC spore solution per jar. Divided equally amongst your inoculation holes. Should be four. 1/4 CC per hole. Good Luck.
