Donating common spores?

Not enough people know how delicious other strains of mushrooms can be and I was hoping people would be willing to donate common spores to members who want a variety.
Clearly you cant cultivate from mushroom tissue at the store but maybe it would be easier to send samples of tissue? I dont know, Im just begining and heard there was an exchange thread? Well everyone has to start somewhere Sorry if this exists or no one wants to do it but I searched and couldnt find it/really want to get people to try other mushrooms than shiitake and white button

clearly you can clone a store bought mushroom. Oysters are always alive.

i think you didn't search very well... here's a link http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/1299869/an/0/page/3 from were you can exchange gourmet agar wedges - don't forget to read the first post you could also try FSP - Free Spore Prints org http://www.freesporeprints.org and request spore prints from them, not many in stock but some good choices tough - Agaricus Augustus, Agaricus bisporus (Champignon), Hypholoma capnoides, Kuehneromyces mutabilis, Pholiota nameko, Pleurotus pulmonarius, Pleurotus salmoneus/djamor - don't forget to support them . or you could start a "VVVVV gets a print thread!" for gourmet mushrooms
-------------------- share your gourmet prints with FSP www.freesporeprints.org it will share with everyone else

nearly all the gourmet strains i used to have were cloned from store bought mushrooms.
if you're having trouble finding fresh mushrooms, ask when the next shipment will come in and be there that day to get them as fresh as possible.

it's not for spore print share!!! but for agar wedges share. if you follow the link that Eric_The_Red as as signature you could request a spore print of Pleurotus Ostreatus from FMRC
