gl, but my guess is you will see an EXPLOSION of mite in the next few days if they have fresh mushies to feed on. i had something very similar happen to me, lost a whole closet full of casings. the first day i saw what i thought was a lil brown mold on top of a few fruits, but then it started to move. when i looked closer, i saw that they were everywhere. i took that casing out and tossed it,but the next day i saw them all over my other casings. i have no idea of what you can do about it. i ended up cleaning my whole closet out and spraying and wiping it down with alcohol, and they still came back. so i don't grow in there anymore. would there be a way of killing all of the mites without harming the mushrooms? there must be some way.

The world is like a ride in an amusement park. And when you choose to go on it, you think it's real because that's how powerful our minds are. And the ride goes up and down and round and round. It has thrills and chills and it's very brightly coloured and it's very loud and it's fun, for a while. Some people have been on the ride for a long time and they begin to question, is this real, or is this just a ride? And other people have remembered, and they come back to us, they say, "Hey - don't worry, don't be afraid, ever, because, this is just a ride... And we... kill those people.

Sounds scary. Once in awhile I see a little fly pass in my apartment.
I guess it's just a question of time till they get into my fruiting chamber? X-O

I thought I read at some point that washing shrooms affects potency?  But that could have been a load of crap, seeing as I can't remember where I read it.   hmm.. maybe someone else knows, though?
