I have alot of water building up in my jars. Got any ideas on how to dry things up a bit? The water is starting to form droplets.
Im doing the PF TEK and the jars are 90% inoculated

90%? You'll be fine... don't worry... unless they start getting like huge watter droplets I wouldn't worry.
