Outdoor bed...
    #4118009 - 05/01/05 09:55 AM (12 years, 28 days ago)

5 days ago, I mixed straw and  :cow: :poop: and laid it in a bed (came to about 8" of substrate) in a wooded, moist area (pretty much just like the pasture...) Then covered with straw and growing vines(stealth  )
Let it rest for 5 days in moist/overcast weather conditions Temps: 40L/65ish High. After a steady light daylong rain I watered one side with a spore/water solution of cubensis(tasmanian) the other side with unknown. Also, I was disconcerned with sterility (just sterile prints rinsed and mixed in tap water)
Day 1: skies clearing early to reach a high of 70, temps in the 55L/75H range the whole week with high rH.

Any predictions?

:peace:

Thanks, I got high hopes! I'd like to see some pretties popping up araound my garden  Like to see a variety. The unknown is most likely (hopefully) a stropharia.
I don't think that I have to be concerned with contams, do I? Not from what I've read. The area also gets a good breeze, circulation.
I'll update, if this becomes a pictorial, I'll start anew in GL&P and post link in this thread
Wish me luck

:peace:

Its not contams I'd be worried about, its them spores germinating. Chances are they wont, but good luck!

Yeah, I think I'mma cover it in plastic(the clear heavy stuff) for 1 day and insert a therm/Hyg. for surface temp/rH between the plastic and straw. If nothing else, for the notebook...
I will bump this with an update...
