Total Physical Memory = RAM?
    #4117938 - 05/01/05 09:20 AM (13 years, 1 month ago)

Are they the two same things? I'm asking because I want to get World of Warcraft and the minimum RAM is 256MB.

My system says it has 192MB RAM, but in system information it says I have 256MB total physical memory.

So, would World of Warcraft work?

Yeah, it should...

You could either have 128 or 256MB of RAM, when your computer says it has 192MB, that's probably how much isn't in use currently.

I recommend a gig of RAM for running WoW properly.

You really should go for at least 512. Its an online game, so you're going to want as much RAM as you can get. I'd actually recommend 1024, but that's really necessary. Get Kingston.
