What Dark Force scares you?

Curses?

Haunted houses?

Voodoo?

Black Magic?

Spells?

Cemetaries?

Mummies?

The only thing I truly fear is man's ignorance. This is the source of all evil in the world.

I would have to rank being attacked by a Great White shark high on my list. I've never quite gotten over seeing 'Jaws'. When I was younger I would even keep my eyes peeled in swimming pools!

These days I only keep an eye out for the one true danger in pools- floaters.

Fear itself or people in fear because they do stupid things out of not acting in paralysis that can cause harm or acting in haste that can.

I love cemetaries. I live accross the street from one. When I was a teenager I would eat a bunch of acid and spend the night alone in this foggy cemetary. It was like a second home or a refuge...I felt totally at peace there. Often I would read the names on the stones and hold imaginary conversations with the occupants of those graves. When I die I hope I can be buried in that place for the many hours of joy it gave me.

Your weird, man. Jk. I live right next to a Civil War era cemetary. I live in a very old house with wooden floorboards and one night very distinctly heard the sound of footsteps coming from the kitchen. I was alone at night and there was only one light on. I must admit it was a bit disconcerting. I bet even Swami would feel some fear on that one.

No need to be afraid. My study of shamanism taught me reverence for death and places of death...not fear.

I didn't say I was afraid. But anyone who tells me they wouldn't be alarmed to hear footsteps in their house while alone in the dark is either lying or insane.

I didn't know that spiders were a "Dark Force", based on Swami's examples.

Spiders are often found in haunted houses.

Where else would all those cobwebs come from?

Ya, it was Sartre that said that, I just finished reading his play where he wrote that.

It was about three people that died and they're all put in a sort of waiting room together, where they learn about each other, and they find out that they all did terrible things in their life, and they can't stand each other, and one of them understands at the end that they'll have to stay together for eternity. Hell turns out to be the others. Staying together is their punishment.
