Roadkill, I'm very curious - you put together your casings in a sterile environment, that much makes plenty of sense, and I'm glad to know that being so careful (or anal!) gives such good results. You also said you 'do all of your mycology projects in a sterile environment'. How do you manage to keep the casing(s) in a sterile environment and still have air exchange? I'm guessing you have a laboratory, or at least a good chunk of spare room?

What's a few hours for sterilizing in this game of patience? Seems like an unneccesary risk not to sterilize.

I once found a butterfly in a bag of verm,
donno if microwave nukin will kill butterfly parts thou X-D
