oh yeah you should probably dab it with some peroxide and or some alcohol. Wipe it off then give it a shave.

It might not take, but it won't hurt to try.
Next time use a thoroughly dry razor blade that you've just sterilized in rubbing alcohol. Works like a champ.

Check out mushmush.nl. They graft seedlings but to different root stock.

sure. looks like it has picked, nice graft! i only think you might want to bevel the stock a bit when it starts to grow like crazy...

agreed a weenk and a half and its solid and still on and a nice healthy green.
if you poke it does it move or it sealed on anf firm?
