Here are the results after 5 days of incubating at around 73F (damn AC makes the whole place cold) using FP Autoclave bags with filters.
Cambodians on Fintch Seed:
Equadorians on Rye Berries: (might be some cobweb mold starting on the top, but not sure yet)

Rye: 5 cups before steeping (dry) and after steeping it worked out to about 10 cups (soaked). Not sure on weight.
Bird Seed: 12 cups dry plus 5 cups water (no steeping) I followed Gandalf's post at the Forest Floor (Topic: How to use filter patch bags w/o and impulse sealer etc.) But i used a Eurosealer on my bags and it worked wonderfully ($10 on ebay)

Shook them all right after the pics were taken. Steeped another 6 cups of rye and am going to innoc with B+ tomorrow.

what kind of bags did u use ? Polypropolene? And a euro sealer worked? if so Cool. asked about usin one a while back but i guess no one knew. As long as they can be presure cooked with out opening then why would i buy an impluse.

I'm not sure of the matierial, but it can withstand a lot of heat and the eurosealer works like a charm on the bags.

Unfortunately, the EQ rye bag got infected with something black that i've never seen before.
My cambos are still colonizing well on the rye, but the birdseed bag seems a bit too watery now and i think i smell something.

Wow, very nice
I've always been pleased with spawn bags. They're easy to use and inexpensive. Definitely shake them! Post more pics if you can. The spawn bags that Myco Supply sells (shamless promotion) http://www.mycosupply.com/lab%20supplies/index.html are nice for two reasons, they're a nice large sized bag and I get a nice discount :)
Can I ask what you inoculated your bags with? Syringe, agar or from a spawn master?

EQ: 2 1/2 pint colonized rye
Cambo: 2 QT colonized rye
B+: 1 QT colonized rye
EQ bag definitely has to be tossed. Its a shame cause the mycelem all over the bag is nice and fluffy and that chunk of black has to ruin the whole lot. Cambos look like they'll be ready to case in another couple days. B+ are going kinda slow. And the cambos on birdseed might have bacterial contams.
I seem to always get my grain too wet i guess, i dunno.

UPDATE: Tossed every single bag I've ever tried to make because of contams. It is so impossible to get the water content right for grain/seed on that scale. Back to quart jars.

Growing on large amounts of substrate can be a real pain, water content is a damn ridle, i'm trying a new Tek wich solves the water excess, a 2 cm sterilized perlite+peatmoss bottom layer, it sure sucks all water execess, no more messy substrate. The Tek will sound a bit weird, anyway i'll post it when if achieve any success, i'm going on day 3. OH! anaerobial infections may kiss my ass also ;)) .
