Honey water

I have some honey water that was innoculated with GC spores two days ago. I have been able to see a milky fluid starting to grow. I also see large chunks of what I think is clumped honey or something. Also, I have been shaking the jar daily. It is growing at 72 degrees in a dark place. How does it sound like its doing so far?
