what do i do with these........

i have these thick white spots on my cakes i already birthed. they are turning blue but some of them also have other mushrooms growing out of them. do i go a head and pick them off. or let them continue to grow. i also have a split cap kind of mutant looking with visible gills already too.

split cap can mean the RH is to low.
