I just grew soem Chitwans and I put them under a fan for 4 days on a low speed. They wieghed 90.3 when I stared. Now they way 10.3. They are suposed to be dry. But there not rock solid like Ecudors and B+. Is this strain liek that ? I have them in a tuperware container with Decsedents the stuff that takes the moisture out. I have had them in there for a day now and they are still bendy. When I started the stems were hollow. Did I do soemtihng wrong ?

Does anyone know if Chitwans are suposed to be bendy ? Or are they suposed to Harden ? Mine are all Bendy.... But they seem dry..... They semll strong not bad but they smell like some potent mushrooms.

well you only have 10.3 grams. Just get together w/ a buddy or two and eat them all in one night. If they aren't completely dry it won't matter as long as you eat them in the next 5-7 days.

But to awnser the question no they are not supposed to be bendy when completly dry. Id leave them in their for another day or two, until they snap like crackers. But like they said if you just eat them in the week or so you will be just fine. Just for your weight reference you should lose another gram of water off of those.

I put them in my dehydrator on 95 degrees hopefuly taht will make some crackers. I need crackers because I wanna make goo-balls for my firneds.

agreed science says the goodies in mushrooms dont break down until much higher temp than 95

Wow....How hot is 95c converted to f? If it is anything like what I think it is, potency is the last thing on your mind. You should be worried about them smoking or igniting!

95C is around 195-200* F if drunken mental math serves.

Under his instruction, I taped drumsticks to his head and turned him into a sort of mummy, or perhaps a caterpiller in a cocoon.
