Drying and Preservation Help Any Advice Strange Question

Finally the day has come that i am drying some of my mushys i am using a fan drying method, however i dont wanna dry them all the way to crackers i wanna dry them about seventy percent so they stay some what moist. Is there any way taht i can dry them seventy percent and keep them in a fridge in a jar or bag and have them stay good. Any reccomendations I have a eleven gram shroom that i dried down to around 3.8grams and it feels nice but when i put it in a jar in the fridge it gets soft quick. Any help is great thanks guys with out yall my project couldnt of succseded

first, why would you want them wet, they will get moldy and nasty. 2nd, if you want to store them in the fridge then put them in there fresh just like store bought

Stop experimenting half way through your first grow. Grow it to maturity, watch it, learn from it. Do this a few times then experiment with different ideas and figure out what works best for you.
