aaaaaaa wtf...everyone i know is completely obsessed with this damn movie, and are always quoting it all the fucking time, and at my school people even have napolean dynamite parties (??????)
so i finally try to watch this movie and i have to stop half way through cause its soooo ridiculously lame....the characters are annoying as hell and the jokes arent funny at all....
will somebody PLEASE tell me wtf is so great about this god damn movie?!? i don't get it at all...and im like the only one i know who didn't like it (not only didnt like it, i hated it)

I thought the same thing...It's toobad that you turned it off half way through the movie though....you need to watch it to the end. And it IS better the 2nd time around...

i thought the characters were funny to an extent, but at the same time it was all very boring. so i think it was funny, but boring too i guess. i dunno, i think when i rented that i stopped paying attention to that movie relatively fast and started posting here at the shroomery about other shit while it was still playing... so i didnt really watch a lot of it after the beginning.

i was really stoned when i saw it for the first time. I can see why some people may not like it but i personally loved it the first couple times i saw it.. now its a little out quoted. I liked it because the characters reminded me of different people i know.

I thought it was great. I'm glad I saw it before it got popular or I probably wouldn't have liked it as much.

It was born out of popularity. It is an MTV movie, and I know a guy who is about 100x worse than old Napoleon, so this movie wasn't very funny to me. It is if you haven't had a good run in with little town people.
I did think one part was good: the Lyger, or whatever its called.

I love when they're going off the ramp on the bike, I remember going off those shit ramps and it was exactly like that. Ramp -> Front Tire -> Back Tire (air time = 0)

i wasnt to big on napolean either... i chuckled a few times.. but most of the humor was a little to dry for me. i could see why some people liked it, but it wasnt for me
