i am in toronto area and i cant find brf, bulk bard sells brown rice bread mix, would that work???????
i use brown flour and my jard are shit

No! You're better off grinding your own. Use a blender or cofee mil to grind your brown rice. It don't have to be as fine as flour.

Where in Toronto? If you're anywhere near Vic Park and Elesmere then go to Parkway mall and go into the health food store there.. i got like 3 pounds of brown rice flour for 2$.

well im quite new at this.. so i havent even thought of looking for items needed for advanced cultivation.. sorry man..

if it has NO preservatives i can't see any harm in trying it, but ya u are better off making your own.

Oh yeh i met 3m at the gathering and he said to skip the whole brf thing, its a waste of time, just use whole br-cook it as u normaly would and mix with verm. i think he said 1-1.

then i strain it and mix 1 part verm 1 part rice?

how should i know? He just said like u normaly would cook rice. Plus i heard rumors that it takes very long to colonize, but if 3m does/or did it, i'm guessing it's worth it. Plus i think this has been covered before, it may even be in the grow guides, so hurry before shroomery closes.
