invitro growing - any advice
    #4090982 - 04/24/05 09:52 AM (12 years, 7 months ago)

i have a few colonized cakes and i want to grow invitro. Do i just leave them out in my room and forget about them or is there ways to grow invitro w/better yields and more technique than neglect. Is p.cubensis or p. tampensis good strains for this method??? :rasta:

They should be given light from the very beginning. I have never seen tamps grown invitro. A search will show you which cubensis strains are suited to invitro.
The cakes will shrink with each flush making harvestin easier each time if you are using jars without tapers.
I am trying some in an autoclave bag very soon
