If i were to use pelite in a 3x1.5x1.5 terrarium and put a 60 gallon air pump in, that just blows air in, not through water just air, would it give me a good humidity for caseings it think 82 - 90%?

you want to get some bubble wands for real man.  the purpose of them is to disperse the air output, thus getting an even wicking action to the perlite... get the bubble wands, they're like 3 bux dude... GL bro :stoned:

It might. You really need to spend $20 on a decent hygrometer to know because there are way too many variables. I recommend the Calibre III on Ebay for $20. They are pretty accurate and measure the 90%+ range well.
