I didnt innoc. my jars right away and they are showing growth. Im not sure if they stopped growing or slowed. I was wondering if there is a chance they are drying out?

We need more information.

Jars can take 10 days, 14 days, a month, it can take awhile. If it was going good, and stoped, dont worry yet. It could be focusing on colonizing the center of your cake for the moment.

Most common thing I find with stalled growth is lack of oxygen in the jars. When I used just one centre hole to innc my jars growth stopped at halfway. I then just unscrewed the lid slightly and lifted the cap so that it was no longer tight against the jar lid. Growth started rocketing after one day and was soon fully colonized.
