bookcrossing
n. the practice of leaving a book in a public place to be picked up and read by others, who then do likewise

So, anyone bookcrossing?

That's a pretty great idea. I've always wanted to leave used copies of really interesting books around in the park.

What's it gonna be? And do you know where you'll leave it?

I'll start either with Vonnegut's Breakfast of Champions or J.J.'s Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man. I still have some time to decide about the place, probably a cafe downtown or really just a bench in the park, but I have to pack it up good then, It was snowing a couple of hours ago

Those are both great choices...I think Breakfast of Champions is more fitting to the randomness of picking a book up that you find on the street. All those purty drawings will suck the person right in.

maybe you should write some instructions on the inside, in case someone doesnt play along
