No, I didn't cut him off, I was driving in one lane, and he cut in behind me. That's why I noticed him in the first place, he swerved to get behind me. That and his flashy BMW. The only reason I didnt absolutely freak out earlier was, I thought it was maybe someone from my office screwing with me, just floowing my to our office.  then when I got a good look at him, I realized I had no clue who he was...

I was in the left hand lane, from about 2 seconds after I got on the highway. I was driving, not switching lanes, minding my own business, when he swerved to get behind me. I didnt see him until that point, and I would have noticed a car like that on the highway in the morning. It was a NICE car, all customized...I know I didnt cut him off, when i got into the left lane, I wasnt even close to anyone when I switched into it. And When I merged onto the highway, I merged in front of a truck, not a BMW. SO I have no freaking clue

if it happens again, and you end up in a similar situation - with the guy walking over to your car - wind your window down a little way as if you're gonna lsiten to what he has to say. Smile sweetly as he gets nearer, then when he's well within range, open the door on him as hard as you can. Quickly pull it back, repeat until he's keeled over on the ground and whimpering in real pain. Get out, stamp/jump on one or both of his feet (just one will be enough to slow him down so you could get away easily) then call the cops.

Also, if you see his beamer again, get the liscense plate number for sure. They can find him a lot easier! Hope everything turns out alright!

The fact that he was knocking in a threatening manner on my window, and wouldn't get away from my car when I made it clear I didn't want to talk to him makes it a big deal in my eyes. The guy sat on my hood and didn't leave until guys from my office came out to scare him off. I think he's scary

Yeah definitely bring something to work with you that can do some damage. Like maybe an aluminum bar for lifting weights. Smack the fucker across the face with it and break his nose. I'd be scared as shit if that happened to me and I wouldn't fool around with my personal safety. Really fucking him up would be justified in this situation as you don't know what the guy's planning on doing to you. And if it's some messed up prank then he should have thought about the repercussions.

I'm going to say the obivous but unmentioned here.
whether you have weapons or no weapons; if the guy knows how to fight, consider the entire thing lost.
you were right to stay in your car and get help.
Next time, hit him with your car. Don't open the doors or windows. Don't react unless you are taunting him and hope that he reacts to it; that gives you all the justification in using your car as a weapon that he can't use against you.
Use the power he gives to you against him.
I think sombody said above to rev the engine in neutral, pop it in reverse (let him sit on the ground for a while) then pop into drive (let him sit under your wheels for a bit)
