Looks like mycelium to me... Try lowering your humidity.

Those don't seem to be aborted mushrooms. Also looks like the humidity is causing the "hairs" to grow. They are mycelium.

Either your humidity is so high that everything is coated with water, or they are resting too close to some perlite or whatever you use to humidify with. Try to not let the cakes touch water or wet areas as they will begin to soak it up. You don't want things to begin rotting.
