Don't scare me like that! lol.. I have been kinda freaking out because the top looks like cobweb, but i came on here and did some reading and figured it was just mycelium.. I sure hope everything is good.. I have done it all by the book and i have a bunch more cakes that will be birth/dunked/rolled tomorrow so cobweb would be no good!

It doesn't look to me like normal mycelium. I'm pretty sure it's cobweb. Sucks to be you.

Mycelium is white, cobweb mold is gray. I hate to say it, but it looks like cobweb mold. Keep this thread alive and maybe one of the more experienced members will comment later in the evening.

Looks like weak mycelium growth to me.
Doesn't look hairy like cobweb does.

If it has long filaments and strands coming off it, its cobwebb. Easy test, spray with pure 3% h2o2. If it melts away, its cobwebb, and you just curied it. If it doesn't melt, dont worry.

Well shit... I dont know though... Wehn i looked at them yesterday they didnt look grey at all... Im thinking that might be the flash of the camera and the verc in the background making it look darker... I wont be able to look at it untill after 9 but i will take another look then and confirm color.

You should take Photoguys advice and spray it with 3% h2o. Works like magic...

wow, that doesn't look like either to me, but what do i know. Looks like some dry ice fog or something. Leave it be for a day, then you will be able to tell.

I already spray a h202 mixture into the terranium every once in awhile and gave the cakes a good spray after i rolled the verc on... Should i spray with pure h202.. I think the bottle are 3%

Ok.. Ill leave them for now.. Those pictures were taken yesterday so they have had 24 hours from when the pics were taken.. I will check them out tonight to see how they look.. Ill give you an update with pics in 5 hours or so at 10:00.

Oh, Everyone have a good 4:20 yesterday? I sure as hell lived it up. I might have smoked a few years off my life though, but it was good shit.. Even went to see a free showing of Grass the documentary in Madtown, it was good shit!
