Too Wet?

Hi all...colonized 1/2 pint jars with the pans spores 4 days ago with thistle seed...within one day i could already see development...now some of these jars appear to have the perfect amount of moisture...with the mycelia looking fluffy....but more then a few are a little more wet inside then what i had anticipated...there is certainly growth in them, but its not fluffy...its white and it looks slightly gooey...
i dont want to lose these especially since i have so many like this...any suggestions?

The only suggestion i ccould have is to ask Ralphster44. These are his specailty. I have a syringe of PANS. that i'll be starting today. I'm using white millet, cannary seed, and oats groats. The seeds have been sitting in water for alittle less then 2 days now. I'm going to start to boil them for 1hr. or so to kill what ever I can. Then I'll p.cook for 1hr and 15min.
