I have access to this humidity/temp/light controlled grow chamber, which is shared by others. The problem is that there is only one of it, for both incubation and fruiting. Since the petri dishes, which take most of the volume of the chamber require darkness, I can only fruit mushrooms that can fruit in the dark. Also, the temp is constant at 27C (80F). I thought, at one point, to put the dishes in cardboard boxes, but I was not allowed to do it. My question:
What edible mushrooms can do their entire life cycle in complete darkness and 27C?
