Back to the basics

I need help. I am stuck in muck and need to refine the basics. I need to learn BREATHING, I need to learn POSTURE, I need to learn CHI!!
Most importantly is breathing, this comes first, and I need to be strong. I need to give oxygen to my body and keep my fire burning. I need links, advice, and tips on breathing and how you use it 24 hours a day year around. It amazes me how much this slips my consciousness and I slack off with short breathes. breath is life and awareness.. I need to be AWARE! I need to be steadfast. My breath must draw from chasms deep. I must find my tone of exchange. I feel like in the city the fossil fuels kill my breathing and I breathe shallow on purpose when on the highway to minimize the intake of harmful chemicals. I need to get out of this city. But while I am here, I need to master the gift of LIFE!
Posture!!! Another weak area. I need ADVICE on what core muscles help with a straight spine!! Links, anything. The spine is my do or die.. I need to do and quit failing
And chi. I think if I can master good posture and breathing chi should come naturally.
Speak wisdom, those that hold it.

Live life, I could tell you how to master it, as could anyone, but anyone that does asserts their own will which most likely wouldn't be your own unless you adopt it.
Breathing: The ol' in-out, in-out (anybody see a clockwork orange?).
Posture: Don't slouch, sit up straight, walk properly, support your neck, etc..
Chi: Is it possible to see chi, measure it, transfer it, cure it, give it, play with it, manipulate it, and scientifically evaluate it? Or is merely just a concept? I'm serious, as I don't know enough about it... is it possible to hurt your chi as well?
e.g. you're walking down your hallway in your house, you take the corner to the kitchen too fast and aren't wearing shoes.... you stub your big toe. Did this in anyway hurt your chi?

If you're mindful of the Now then you'll remember to breath well. If you're mindful of the Now then you'll develope good posture. If you're mindful of the Now then you'll realize the chi all around you. If, and only if. Don't distract yourself from the Now in pursuit of goals that otherwise would naturally fulfill themselves spontaneously.
