anyone from the nsw central coast been hunting? I went out this morning after some mild rain in the last few days, LOTS of mushrooms. Most growing in and around clover patches, in pine needles and outside the post office. Anyone having any luck anywhere on the central coast?

Yeh, been having a good hunt for the last couple of weeks. Mushrooms growing like crazy since all the rain we had. Found about six different types within a 100m radius of my house. And at least 30 different types up on the mountain. Nothing worthy yet though, hopefully in a couple of weeks if the weather cools down.

3weeks ago, I was sick from school, and while out riding my dirtbike later the day, I saw 5 mushrooms. They were a lil dry looking, I almost passed them up cause I didn't think cubes were growing yet, but I humored myself anyways, and YAY CUBIES!!! since then, nothing.
