Sporeprinting mutants

Hello. I don't fully understand the genetics of mushroom reproduction yet, so my question is fairly basic (though I felt it belonged in this forum). If a person sporeprints a mutant, will the offspring have a higher likelihood of being mutants than if one sporeprinted an ordinary shroom?

depending on the mutation in question i dont see any reason why you couldn't print a mutant, as long as it had gills and spores. mutant or not it still will want to reproduce.
-------------------- Under his instruction, I taped drumsticks to his head and turned him into a sort of mummy, or perhaps a caterpiller in a cocoon. He remains this way for about three hours, making bizarre noises, pretending to be a new species that must learn to walk and talk and eat, etc. And he communicates with other life forms by way of the antennae on his head. Eventually we jam a tube from a waterbong into it's mouth and figure he's learned all he needs to know.

as from what ive learned it shouldnt be any more likely to get mutants from its spores than from a regular one. clone it to preserve its fucked up genetics, hehe peace ohm

Wouldnt its spores be a little deformed or something to make it such a wierd shroom? I think it might produce some twisted shrooms , but then again i can see it being normal.

More often than not, what many perceive as a mutation.... is NOT.
MALFORMED fruits cause by any number of poor cultivation circumstance are not genetic mutations.

when you use multi-spore inoculation, you're going to have genetic diversity.
