Losing my best casing to Cobweb was bad but...
    #4067899 - 04/18/05 04:42 AM (18 years, 11 months ago)

Did I enjoy killing the fucker!!! Die fuzzy shit! DIE!!

So, I applied some H2O2 over the grey biach and it started melting!! "What a world, what a world" it seemed to scream.

But my q is: What should I do now with this casing? Put it again in the fruiting chamber? Toss it? (The cobweb spot is about 1/20 of the surface) cut it out? Thanks in advance!!  :mushroom2: :mushroom2:

You can scrape off the cobweb and heavy mist it with some h202/h20 like you did already. You can put into the inncubator or into the fruiting chamber depending on what stage you are in.

If you have other caseings that it could spread to I would isolate if not toss. Cobweb isn't as bad as other contams and can be eliminated if done right.

I tossed it finally.

Aftetr isolation, H2O2ing and such, I left for school. When I came back a lot of greenie was growing on the bottom casing layer :frown:

I'm only hoping y other casings are not contame'd, the 3 of them are growing beautiful mushies...

Hey, but thanks anyway
