Using mycobags and then spawning to bulk substrate

I plan on using myco enviro bags and then spawning to a bulk substrate. What do you guys think about that. Have any of you ever tried this? I am looking for a more grower friendly approach but with still a high yield. Do you think this will yield good? What would you guys do to improve this? And what methods have you used to spawn to a bulk substrate? any help will be appreciated.

what about cow manure? i saw a 40 lb bag for like $1.40 lol
