I don't think they're gonna make it

Hey, What's up.

So I've had these San Pedros for a little over a year now

But a few weeks ago, they had a little accident. They were outside and the wind knocked them of of the table they were on. I was horrified when I came home to it. All the stocks were broken. So I decided it would be a good time to harvest. I made tea out of the large middle sections and tried to save the tips and the bases.

One of the tips started to rot, so I threw it away. I still have one that is looking pretty good.

But my real problem is with the bases. Out of three, two are starting to rot .
I want to get them out of the pot so as not to spread any badness, but they are all really close together .
I was wondering if pulling out the other stumps would adversely affect the single remaining one. Would the shock be too much? Is that even a good idea?
I greatly appreciate any help.

I personally would transplant the 1 good one out of there, they all look pretty unhealthy. It's pretty easy to put your cacti into shock i believe, be careful. Sorry about that incident man, that's a real bummer. Good luck with all of this, hope all 3 pull through.

I would try looking into obtaining 3 smaller cacti of a different species. Also buy some cloning gel (basementshaman.com). Also get a cacti book that includes a cloning process. Basically, you'll be adding cloning gel to the tops of each cacti then you'll just plop the tiny, other fellas ontop (one on each). Give them tons of sunshine and don't water them more than once every month or two at most. Put them in an environment that your inner being says is right, if you are so inclined and if such a Force speaks to thee.
