poor man's tek

let me know how much of a long shot this is, but i am in north georgia, cherokee county. instead of visiting horse stables with some excuse to study their composting hay and manure, this season i filled six 22 gallon rubbermade tubs twice at stables around here and trucked it back to the woods behind my yard. now i've got my own compost piles to monitor as often as i please. is it silly to think pan subbs might pop up for me without my hand in providing the spores? any suggestions on contributing to ideal conditions would be great. from what information i can find, if you want to find pan subbs in georgia it will only be in the composting hay and manure that horse farms shovel out the back of their stable. horse owners are more than happy to let you cart their piles of shit away. i figure if i'm hunting in these piles i might as well have them at easy access. besides, working my land is fun, the woods has a killer water swift when it rains and there are some fallen and decomposing trees where the clay had all been upturned a few years ago.

I pulled that. . . right out of my ass. Like a cartoon. Whip! I've got a bulldozer! Whip! I've got a mug of soma! Whip! I'm outta here! ion

you'll most likely end up with these, you need to inoculate the dung
with some sort of spawn, pasturizing the dung would be of benefit
in killing other unwanted organisms
