Question on Procedure for the old vets on shroomery
    #4056810 - 04/15/05 12:23 AM (13 years, 7 months ago)

Plz correct me if im wrong but after casing you let the myc. recover and colonize through the casing layer untill it is just poking through right? and after that do you patch, or just put it straight into fruiting?

thanks for your response
P.s.- getting a large pickle jar full of ps.cubensis mycellium in two days im itching to start me first grow, wish me luck.

this info is available in the guides. they state that patch casing can help with the 1st pinset and flush, but it is not neccassary. patch casing allows a move even colonization, producing more pinsets
