Pubbers Lend a Hand!
    #4055509 - 04/14/05 06:02 PM (13 years, 5 months ago)

I'm writing a term paper exmining Woodstock 99 in relation to Woodstock 69 and the paradigm shift that happened between cultures, basically a paper examning counterulture as opposed to anti-culture... or something I'm still working on it.

Anyways since I know the pub is where all the lovers of everything 60's hangout i was wondering if someone could help me source a quote.

The quote is "Revolution is not something fixed in ideology, nor is it something fashioned to a particular decade. It is a perpetual process embedded in the human spirit" by Abbie Hoffman. I was wondering if anyone knew what book this came from? I'm pretty sure its from Steal this Book but I am having a bastard of a time comfirming it.

Any help would be great thanks!

Thats close but I need to know what book that quote is from so I can source it properly in my paper. Most of those quotation sites only list who said the quote and not where the quote is from.

Go to the library and look for it in quotation dictionaries. I've got my Oxford Dictionary of Quotations; couldn't find it. It is also not unheard of to cite a website as your source. Good luck.

Welcome evermore to gods and men is the self-helping man.  For him all doors are flung wide: him all tongues greet, all honors crown, all eyes follow with desire.  Our love goes out to him and embraces him, because he did not need it.
