Average Yields?

I am currious about the average yield per casing, using the hongus tek. I have 12 half-pint jars, which I will hopefully inoculate by this friday. I am figuring 3 half-pint jars per casing, so that will be 4 casings. I was going to put my casings into a terrarium to fruit. I have read that you can pull about 2-3 flushes out of most casings. If everything goes correctly and no infections, what should a rough yield be for me?

Also if all the above steps happen like they should, what is the best method of drying them? Epsom Salt, Damp-rid?

I am dummy, I wrote that whole question. But I forgot to ask how much the dry wieght would be. I know they are about 90% water. Thanks for the quick response.

Sorry, I didnt see that last part of the question. The best method for drying your shrooms is by far fan drying them for 24 to 48 hours untill they are relatively and then finishing them off in a dessicant (or epson salt if you wish) chamber. Dont forget to heat up the epson salt before you use it or else it just wont work.
