My Morning Jacket

I almost posted this in Music Art and Literature but I really want the pubbers who haven't heard of MMJ to get into them. This band is the epitome of everything good in this world. Okay that's an extreme statement but they're seriously amazing - their recorded material is excellent on its own but the wild hair-flipping guitar antics of their live show is unbeatable.

One Big Holiday is THE JAM! Along with "The Way that He Sings" those are my two fave songs.

Bringin this thread BACK!

Hell yeah! I saw two of their shows last week, one in Asheville then again at Langerado. In Asheville they brought out a third guitarist for Dodante, and the new guy and the lead singer did all these weird dances together, and were leaning on each other and grinding their heads on each other they were just playing around up there while jaming. Boy what a great show.

Two years on, can you remember what "hair-flipping guitar antics" are? Can you describe one for me?
