Contaminated or not?

I saw these three jars that I'm guessing were done with the SporeChicks EQ strain and I noticed something strange: around the innonculation points, where the oldest mycelium is, it's turning a duller white, almost peachy but not real bad. I've read that sometimes the mycelium changes colors because of moisture buildup, but how much can the color change? The jars are almost fully colonized, and on there's no contams on the bare substrate, only on the mycelium. What do you guys/gals think? Should this guy just let the jars colonize another week or so and see how things go?

It can turn yellow to brown depending on how bad its damaged, or if its dead. Or it could just turn slightly yellow from mycelial wastes building up.
