he does have a longer turnaround though than most- just to let you know. otherwise ive never heard any complaints about quality, etc

The Hawks Eye is an excellent vendor. High quality products, competitive pricing and reliable. And since we're not talking about odering from McDonald's, I dont mind waiting a measly 10 days for my spores...

hi policy is that you have to wait 3 weeks to send him an email if you havent received your package. (basically, he gives himself 3 weeks to get it to you). which is not unreasonable, just longer than other vendors.

His turnaround time is a bit excessive but the spores are (usually) good and well worth the wait.. I remember the syringes being very dark and loaded. (I've been told this is a good thing)
The closely affiliated DB Kit I CANNOT report good results with however.
The moisture content of the two bags of rye grain I received with it were all whack despite following the directions precisely. I can't speak for the compost itself because I had to start over with some more rye jars of my own creation that are mostly smelling like funky beer now.
I have determined that Rye berries are plotting my destruction!

um, well a while ago Hawks Eye had a problem, richie replaced them but it was a pain.
also, i dont want to spread out too much info but hawks eye did infact get into some legal trouble and was caught. i don't want to say anymore than that but the truth is, i dont know how safe you can feel if you are in a state that spores are illegal in. just be cautious...use spore chicks...they are better.
