Problem with evaporation?

I was wondering if anyone using micronmagick filter discs has had problems with evaporation by replacing the lid with the filter? Meaning no top just the filter and the band holding it on.

my neighbor's cat frequently has to spray a minute quantity of 9 to1 H2O2 to replace moisture lost as you describe.
