invitro fruiting?
    #4041557 - 04/11/05 05:19 PM (11 years, 7 months ago)

Well I've been thinking of growing again, I started cooking and made some quarts of millet. Well I guess I jumped in too quickly, what I'm wondering is what are the chances of getting millet to fruit invitro. I made a clear incubator so I can give the jars light from early, on but will it fruit? Should I go pf if I can only grow invitro?

Well I'm staying with a friend, the house is real old...kerosene lamps through the house that don't work...sagging uneven floors, dog and animal fur all through the house. Its not the most ideal place to grow, so I figure I can try an invitro grow then move it to the yard once I get some fruit.

stealth, ease, cheap, low maintenance.
It may have low yeilds but they can be stacked to get a high output per unit space.

Two well cased 12 quart bulk substrate trays in a decent TIT, will get you more yeild than ten dozen invitro quart jars, IMHO.
With a lot less work, hassle & jars.

the chances arfe jsut as high as with any other grain.

presoak your grains in coffee, it an help triggering the invitro action.
once 100% colonised move out of dark to a dim area.
