pinning and contams at same time

in one of my jars (already isolated from the healthy crowd) I am getting great pins at the top (inverted 1/2 pint- was the bottom), but there are little dots of green on parts of the sides.

I wonder if it will be ok to eat the shrooms if they keep growing. I already plan to leave this one invitro to keep the green from spreading.

Ideas? Is this normal?
