Too much water in my 1/2 pint jars

i take it i had too much water in the PC and thats how the 1/2 pint jars were flooded with water..i was using finch seed and vermiculite...i can try to be careful and drain them..but im concerned out contaiminating things after all that work...also even if i drain pretty well, its still going to be wet in there...any suggestions?

Start all over again, its not worth the time and heartbreak, not to mention the spore solution, that you will loose otherwise. I'm sure many will agree. I'm sure your finch seed and vermiculite isn't totally unusable, perhaps heating it in the oven to get all the water out, also sterilizing it, then you could remix with water and PC again. Then again, starting all over might be better.
