Jar Shaking

I have a question - how often should I shake pint jars (3/4 full) to distribute the mycelium? I'm growing on birdseed/verm.

Just watch the jars, shake the first time when you have about 5-10% colonization. Wait about 2-3 days, check again and if they are at about 40% then shake them. After that just wait until 100%.... Good luck
