Despite the fact that I'm in my 20's I still have terrible "teenage skin" and by that I mean its often oily and spotty(not extreemly) and I've tried the Oxy range of things forumlated for this so called "teenage skin" and its just made my skin really dry so it's not really helping. Anyone got any good tips on what could work well for me? (other then obviouslly not eating too much chocolate and masturbating too much :P)

I didn't know masturbating too much caused acne But I don't know what to tell you. Maybe switch the soap you are using, Caress I think it's called always helped moisturize my skin. Change your eating habit, don't get to much sun, if your stressed out try to relax, wait for it to go away, there are lots of reasons why your face breaks out

Don't feel too bad, some have "teenage skin" all their lives. Try washing your skin more often and applying a Alpha-Hydroxy skin lotion if you still have pimples and what not....

When I was a wee boy in high school the cheerleaders had this secret. Wash with mild soap in warm water and rinse well. Then take 10 handfuls of very cold water and splash your face 10 times.
I doubt it would cure bad acne. It might help somewhat. Good luck. I mean that.

Ok, here's my advice
1.) Sweat! SWEAT SWEAT SWEAT! Go jog. Go play ping pong really hard lol. Sit in a sauna. Take a HOT MOTHERFUCKIN SHOWER! Sweat in that shower. Wash your face while you are sweating. Then cool off with cold water so you don't get out of the shower the same way you went in 2.) Don't eat a lot of sugar 3.) Wash your pillowcase 4.) Don't touch your face
Good luck!

Accutane cleared my face up good. Nothing reallyt seamd to work before. I never had real bad acne but always 1 or 2. I have been off accutane for almost 2 years now i think and i still rarely get zits anymore.
Not touching your face is key tho.

proactiv solution works very well, follow the regimen and you'll notice it's effects in a weeks time.

Boy, that's comforting!
Seriously, look into the products that others mentioned and also your diet may play a role. Are you eating a well balanced diet or tons of junk food?

If you want a real solution to acne then I suggest you go to www.acne.org
They have a program that works, I can tell you this from first hand experience. The site was not created to make money, and it simply uses things you can buy at the local drug store. I wish I had found the site when I was 15.

My tip is to just say fuck it. As a teen I always used special soaps and cream and stuff. When I finally stopped using any products the acne just disappeared. At least try to just wash your face with water, no soap.

Acutane works very well , if you can afford it. My dermotologist put me on doxycycline and it keeps my face clear for the most part , some of us just have oily skin.
Im 22 and my face is just starting to improve , dont wait to seek treatment because you may end up with scars. I have some minor scaring , nothing really bad but I am still self concious about it. In a few years I may get dermabrasion or CO2 laser treatment to clear it out.

- Don't stress yourself out. - Mental visualization (know it will work). - Zinc supplement every day. - Consider your diet in case you're mildly allergic to some foods you eat regularly. For some people not eating starchy carbohydrates clears up acne (as well as other ailements). Tomatoes, oranges, and other acidic foods are examples of foods that might have a reaction with your skin.
