dunking

ello ello.....seeing how is some kats couldnt follow the flow of my other and where really quite, well how to put it.........riding on a ego trip should put it best....ill keep it as bascic as i can....
anyways thinkin its time to dunk my cakes.........being new at growing,im not to sure what this means and what im suppose to dunk them in......anyhelp would be apperciated...
im usin brown flour rice half pint cakes

What makes you think you need to dunk yer cakes? Are they very very dry? That would be the only reason to do it.
If you do need to dunk them, use water (sterile distilled tap whatever, many have been recommended) to submerge your cake and leave it covered and soaking for 12-24 hours. I'm not positive on the time thing there. I've seen people say they do it as long as 48 hours.

oh yeah, and when you take it out of the water, very carefully pat it dry with a paper towel.
