questions about air pump/ air stone humidification

I am going out of town for 5 days and need to leave my setup. There are cakes that will be on their second and third flushes that will be in my terrarium.
My ultrasonic humidifier runs out of water every couple days, so I got an airstone and put it on an airline coming from my aquarium airpump. I stuck it in a 12-oz glass of water (with a little H2O2) in the terrarium.
How will this work for maintaining humidity for 5 days? Is there a chance the water will run out?
I did drill 2 small holes near the bottom to let carbon dioxide out, as well.
